I Am Enormously Contented With My Chandler Shutters

By Marlene Q. Parker

Buying a new home was one of the best decisions I ever made, but because it was a foreclosure, there was a lot that we had to do in order to get the house ready to move in, which included, among other things, installing some Chandler shutters. Now, of course these are not the only shutters available in Chandler, but what I was really struck with, is that they are locally made here in Chandler by people who know the intense heat of the Arizona sun.

The reason that I was so happy with that was that the Arizona sun can be extraordinarily intense during the summer months, and without proper protection from the sun, your house will turn into an absolute oven in the afternoon sun. Having grown up in Arizona, I was no novice to the heat, but even I had my limits to how much heat I could take, so I was very interested in finding the smartest way to block the heat.

The first time I saw these Chandler shutters was at the home of my friend, and I simply could not stop commenting on them, so my friend wrote down the web address for the company's website so that I could take a look and order some for myself. When I got home I looked up the website that my friend had written down for me and I was completely impressed with the huge selection that they had of all different colors and styles and I had a difficult time deciding which style I liked the best.

While the shutters were just one of the things that I had to have done to my house, along with replacing the carpet and painting the walls, it was one of the most enjoyable additions to me. As we moved into the summer months and the relentless summer sun began to beat mercilessly upon our home, the beautiful shutters were there to block the light and keep our home from turning into an unbearable heat trap.

I was so delighted with my new shutters that whenever we had people over to our new house, I always made it a point to show them our remarkable shutters and tell them all about how wonderfully they blocked the heat of the sun and lowered the temperature in the house. Even though not everyone cared about how great these shutters were, some of my friends were really impressed and wanted to know where they could get their own locally made shutters for their homes. I told them where they could look at the website and find some Gilbert shutters for their own homes in other Arizona communities where the sun also had a propensity to beat down on unprotected homes and people.
