Many people commonly associate the term "genius" when it comes to wrestling mastermind, Paul Heyman. However, he may just be an evil one, in spite of him being the driving force behind ECW before it ultimately folded at the course of the 2000's. Nowadays, he serves as the manager of CM Punk but he has certainly taken the brunt of the assault time after time. I think that this would be the opportune instance for him to look to collection services in order to seek some kind of justice.
Heyman certainly serves his purpose as a wrestling mouthpiece for those who can't exactly convey themselves well. This man is able to speak in a sly way when conducting business but when he's pushing his wrestlers to the top, he makes certain to speak with energy. That's the way Brock Lesnar became such a force in wrestling about a decade ago and it's helped Punk as well. While Punk is a good talker in his own right, I can't help but feel like the added help only serves to benefit him.
To say that Heyman has been immortal during this time, though, is something of a lie. Whenever Punk seems to incur the wrath of his opponent, Heyman is there to often take a few hits as well. He has often been declared as big of a target as Punk when he was WWE Champion and it continues to be that way as he has lost the strap. While Heyman oftentimes put himself in the situation and found himself hurt, it's a matter where he may still have a strong case.
Heyman found himself as the target of Triple H in recent times and this is something that I may have a problem with. Triple H is no longer a full-time competitor on the roster but rather part of the corporation as the Chief Operating Officer, so you'd expect him to act more reputably. I could see Heyman coming to his supposed boss with collection services in this regard. Who's to say that he wouldn't benefit from agencies on the matter such as Rapid Recovery?
Collection services or not, Heyman's cognitive nature is what has made him such a great manager in the first place. While his clients can compete to the levels which they are capable of, he can speak for and support them while staying in their corner. Of course, he's also not afraid to get involved physically. It's when he's struck or given his comeuppance that I can see him actually becoming a legal danger for anyone who dares to go against him or those he works with.
