In the grand scheme of things, life is pretty short, so you should spend less time on the pointless insignificant aspects of it, and focus on what is really important and meaningful.

You have the ability to make changes and own up to the decisions you have made by embracing them and extracting the value and experience you have gained from them. By realizing you are in control of your life, you can be more effective in identifying the things you wish to improve or change about yourself.

In conclusion, you really should choose an exercise regimen that you enjoy. This can be yoga, Pilates, walking, biking, aerobics, jogging and so on. A diet will help jump start your exercise; you are what you eat is a very popular saying and it makes a lot of sense.
