As someone who has played a multitude of games during his life, I will definitely support the claim that mobile gaming is most common. Whether people like to play on their Android devices or even on their iPods, the truth is that this method of play is convenient and people don't have to pour in many hours of commitment in order to enjoy. Something tells me that there are still untapped ideas that people can utilize. When you consider such ideas, though, adventure racing could be a fine subject.
I've played a number of mobile games but I stand by the idea that the endless running titles have the most going for them in terms of longevity. It seems like people cannot help but want to top their own high scores, showing that they can become even better and no one can top them. It's hard to keep your attention on the screen, though, especially with so much happening. The intensity behind these games cannot be denied and I think it's intensity that can carry over to other activities.
I believe that these games could incorporate something as strong as adventure racing, too. There's no doubt that Spartan Race calls for a multitude of people who can operate well under the most physically demanding of situations. I don't think that people can deny that there is a challenge to be seen in these events, which means that people are going to work at much more intense levels. With muddy terrain being seen in tandem with terrible weather, for example, I think that such obstacles could come into play with touch games.
There aren't many games that can nail frantic nature down well but it appears as though "Jetpack Joyride" has written the book on that matter. With so many hazards that have to be avoided and pickup items which can enhance gameplay on another level, it's a good example of a game that can be played in either short spurts or long stretches. I believe that on-foot racing can be seen as well. It also makes me believe that an addictive nature could be found.
Mobile gaming is one of those hobbies that are done for a number of reasons. People may want to play games but sometimes the expensive nature of console titles can become a burden on many a wallet. This allows people to invest in cheaper titles which still possess a sense of addiction and anyone who plays them know that it's hard to put them down. Adventure racing is a subject that hasn't been in many titles and I think that has to change.
