It is also recommended that he stays positive despite being sick. If he is depressed over the fact that he is not healthy like the other people, then he will surely not be able to bear his sickness. It is best for him to think of happy thoughts and not allow the said sickness to throw his emotions into confusion.

It is also a good idea for the person to distract himself. If he can shift his attention to something else, then the painful sensation will become the last thing on his mind. Especially those people who have went through the same thing, they will give their support to the patient. Joining a support group will make it easier for him to share his story.

Sleeping is important for every person, whether he is sick or healthy. He should always aim to sleep on time so that even if he is feeling bad he can still fall asleep on time. If the body follows a routine, it will do so even if he is not feeling well. He should not allow himself to be deprived of the appropriate amount of sleep.

Do not hesitate to socialize with other people. The illness that he has should not be a burden for him. It should not hinder him from making friends with other people. More than that, this illness should not become the reason for him to cut off communication with his friends, family members, or colleagues. He should keep in touch with them as they will serve as his moral support while he is going through this.

Take the chance to relax. This meas that he should practice relaxation techniques in order to reduce the Clarksville pain. He should be able to take advantage of the many types of relaxation techniques. It is up to him which ones are easier for him to practice.
