My husband and I are only a year apart in age, but lately it feels like he is quite a bit older than me because his health has really started to decline, so I had to ask my daughter to look into what options for assisted living AZ had to offer. I didn't think she would be so quick in finding something, but the very next morning, she came by with a good list of different retirement communities that she thought would be great for us.
She showed us the different options and after I heard about them, I decided that I liked the one that offered senior care consultants who would be able to help my husband with his various problems and if I started to deteriorate, I would have some help as well. Once we knew for certain that that was what we wanted to do, our daughter made the arrangements and I set about listing our home for sale and getting everything organized for the move.
The move was relatively easy, all things considered, and the management and staff were very hospitable and helped us to feel at home as soon as we got there, and they were very concerned about making certain we were comfortable and happy in our new home. We are absolutely delighted with our decision to move here, as it is a great relief to us to know that we will have the help available to us when we need it so that we can live in comfort, while still keeping our dignity.
